Days 4 & 5 of my water fast experience!! This is my first water fast although I have done a master cleanse and juice fasting in the past. I haven’t set a particular number of days as I will be breaking the fast when my body tells me to. At that point I will do a week of juicing and then following with the Hygienic diet (raw vegan foods – high fruit, some veggies, nuts, seeds).

I have researched this topic extensively but I am not an expert. Any and all comments, suggestions, opposing views are welcome. Please ask any questions and if I don’t know the answer I will find it.
