From everything if read the fast is most effective if left water only, otherwise the body recognizes starvation and feeds off vital tissue and organs, not the unwanted toxins. Interesting about the DDT, fasting at least to day 21 would be most beneficial. Ah, I see you were able to accomplish this! Farewell to DDT.
