a few years ago a …
a few years ago a friend of mine fasted , only taking water in for sixty days. He went from 320 down to 170 at a height at 6′. He has kept the weight off and is in great shape. He lives a healthy lifestyle i.e. no cigs , few starches,….. . AT the end of his fast he started working out with no problem. Pound for pound he is one of the strongest men I know. Before he was not that strong. It appears the fast strengthened him not weaken him – I was there as an observer throughout the fast.

i love bodybuilding, i always train everyday. My problem is i always do my fasting on 1pm till tomorrow 1pm, but i do my workout on 7pm (on first day), can i growth? coz i some people said, i must eat after exercise

THANK YOU…how many people live in fear about fasting…all creatures fast..that is what happens between each feeding. This is the opposite information that is going around right now…seems people are more afraid of going without food than they are of letting their bodies recover…rest and digest are important cycles. Fasting is also the best way to heal, I am going to do the ESE method. Thanks for the awesome info

I wonder if you red “The miracle of fasting” by Dr. Paul Bragg. Basically, this is how he lived his life. He had many followers all over the world in the 70′s and 80′s. l hope you can convince some people that fasting does wonders, not only for weight lose but energy levels go high and you feel great.
