   No I didn’t, but your theory is correct. What would help even more is doing Bikram yoga(google it). This applies the same principle with maximum blood circulation. Combine that with fresh wheatgrass and watch out, you might start glowing

   Did you use dry heat sauna to supplement your wheatgrass fast? I have read many reports that sweating (and bring the core body temperature up) in the dry heat sauna (along with drinking plenty of water with minerals) helps to speed up the healing crisises such as you described. My theory it, it may even help in the removal of wastes/toxins that reside deepeer or shielded in the body, than may be achieved without the detoxification of sweating and core body temp elevation.
