I’m contemplating doing a consecutive fast. Not sure just yet though. We’ll see. Seen someone do it wildly on here and she went to the extreme at 3 consecutive 60 day fasts and that is just nuts! Not looking to do that at all. Inspiring but way too far out there for me, haha. Just thinking POSSIBLY 2 consecutive 30 days with a break in between. My body will be the one to determine that. I can’t obviously say for certain now. Wish me luck and help me on this journey. Later! )
