So you don’t do any real work,. you just sit in your room for 25 days, ?
you dont go outside for a walk or fresh air ?
I guess because you don’t have enougf energy to do any psychical exercise, that doesn’t sound healthy to me,
I don’t think fasting is at all healthy.
