Which results in faster and more weight loss, the Master Cleanse diet or pure water fasting?

Please just give answers as oppose to saying eat healthily and excercise. I jsut want to kick start weight loss, not continue on a fast forever.
Try adding "calorie burning" activities to your daily routine. Simple ones might not need that much extra time but if you then keep at it they will add up.
Maybe when you get home,,. instead of walking in just go round the block once. Or take the stairs instead of that elevator. Once a week, skip dinner but have a piece of celery instead. Whatever you do, stick to it, then when it has become routine, add more.

You can’t kick start weight loss with a cleanse or a fast. Once the fast is over your metabolism is running more slowly and you will have less muscle mass, making it hard for the weight loss to continue, it may even reverse.
