Prep through day 3 of my water fast experience. This is my first water fast although I have done a master cleanse and juice fasting in past. I haven’t set a particular number of days as I will be breaking the fast when my body tells me to. I have researched this topic extensively but I do not claim to know everything so please ask any questions and if I don’t know the answer I will find it.
