I’ve read that …
I’ve read that distilled water is the way to go but I’ve also read because distilled water has no minerals in it, it can lead to severe mineral deficiencies during a fast. The lack of magnesium for example can cause irregular heartbeats. Just think about it this way. If you lived 2000 years ago, would you fast on water from a river/stream or collect rainwater, the latter of which seems difficult. I’d probably go for the river, and that water is not distilled.
