Have retreated to the beach, as being around others is overstimulating. Have so much more appreciation for nature, it is quite comforting. My attention span is also horribly short, as I often have to ask others to repeat themselves, I am definitely off -kilter! Work would be impossible as my thinking is so slowed. Hoping hunger will soon return, as I am two days shy of thirty. My tongue is still coated, although not as thickly, and my breath seems lighter, not as heavy.
