    What is also important to do while fasting is to visualize your health goals, whatever they may be. Fasting dramatically increases magnetism to whatever you are visualizing in your mind’s eye. Unfortunately, it is really easy to visualize and daydream about food!

    Simply, our bodies aren’t designed to function without adequate water. Every cell in your body needs water. Also, once you finish this “diet”, you will unavoidably gain the weight back because the only way to lose weight is a healthy diet and exercise, which you must keep up your whole life. Health is a journey, NOT a destination.

    Today is my 7th also. My only issue is the holiday parties or people trying to get me to eat. I was not able to take off work, but today is my last day of work for this fast. I have 3 more days from now. I’ve come this far :)

    Don’t you realize how much you’re screwing up your metabolism? You’re not doing anything to teach yourself healthy eating habits so as soon as you go back to your old ways, whatever they were- you WILL gain weight back. Don’t be fooled- you ARE losing muscle mass. You’re hurting your body.
