    @gautrytube There …
    @gautrytube There is nothing wrong with doing a water fast yourself as long as you can control your urges once the fast is over and you can continue to eat a healthy diet.

    I fast every night …
    I fast every night . I stop eating at 3 PM and I wake up at 7 am so that’s 16 hours of DRY fasting no water. This is equal to fasting 20 days a month.

    Hey gautry, this guy wouldnt make any money if people did it on their own so I bet that influences his recommendations.

    Well I would like …
    Well I would like to go on a water fast, but I do not have the funds or resources to be supervised for it. So I don’t see why doing it on your own is wrong. I have recently cured myself from high blood pressure and diabetes by eating healthy and exercising, and I did the Master Cleanse for a month. I think doing it on your own is okay as long as you do it healthfully.
