    tooooooooo be honest, you broke it completely wrong. the only reason you gained the weight back is because you pigged out, don’t blame the fasting for the additional 40 pounds you gained. i fast regularly, and i’ve never experienced any of the so called “ill effects” of fasting you’re on about. maybeeeee, because i DID IT RIGHT.

    I think if you’d done it properly, it could have been an entirely different experience. Having said that, having the right mind set is crucial. If you’re only thinking about your weight, you probably won’t get much out of it besides disapointment. For me, it was about discipline and abstinence. It was a spiritual thing, and i think that’s really the only way to approach something like that. Fasting is the most diffucult thing i can imagine, i think, and that’s why it’s so spiritually rewarding.

    you did a water fast without understanding how to break it which could have caused very serious complications. eating cheeseburgers and steak then go on to say you no longer support fasting because you got sick and fat afterwords is truly ridiculous!

    if you would have broken the fast on extremely light juices then gradually move to fruits/veg then weeks later grains you would have stayed thin + improved your health

    I only got 2 mins through this video, no way in im watching another..

    and when breaking a fast you need to start of with broth’s and watery soups for a few weaks, then start on thick or chunky soup, then after a few weaks steamed veggies, then start on raw fruit and raw veggies, and work your into eating normally again slowly, other wise your body will latch on to the solid food you eat and immediatly store it as fat. and excersise is a must to maintain the weightloss.

    i fast more than i eat, no negative effects happen to me except in the middle of a fast i became week and threw up constantly, and my bones ached, but this was because my body was addicted to caffeine and i stopped drinking caffeine instantly. I drank a coke and all the nausia weekness and bone aches went away. the next day i drank half a can, and the next day less, so on and so forth. On healthy fast’s you shouldn’t experience what you experienced.

    i tried the master cleanse fast and after the second day i was hurting so bad my joints hurted so bad i was feeling like someone was standing on my chess with their foot… i stop it not because i was hungry but because my body hurt so bad

    i agree!!!! i fasted before, i did not do a water fast, but i did a juice fast. there’s a right and a wrong way to fast!!!! obviously she didn’t do it properly. what she did was very discouraging toward the art of fasting. people don’t listen to her. there are books out there that will properly guide you towards fasting!!!! shalom!!!

    What people call “the healing crisis” is what you seemed to have experienced. I don’t believe this has to happen if you transition properly into the fast and out of it. You have to be prepared. Perhaps you weren’t quite ready. Fasting is an extremely intense way to detox.

    Im 100 percent positive you broke the fast wrong.

    Fasting is completely healthy and beneficial if done correctly.

    For the first week or two after the fast ALL you should be eating is small amounts of soft fruits and steamed vegetables every day.
    What did you eat after you broke the fast?

    If you excersise daily, and eat only healthy and pure foods, the MAXIMUM weight you will gain back is a couple of pounds, and that is completely normal.
    But you must stay dedicated and not be tempted by unhealthy foods.

    you have to be healthy to fast,
    you cant be out of shape, over weight,
    or weak with a poor diet.

    you vomited for some weird reason, i have no clue, maybe it was your body getting rid of the toxins.

    Master Cleanse or …
    Master Cleanse or Lemonade Diet by Stanley Burroughs.

    -2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice (1/2 a lemon) or lime juice.
    -2 Tablespoons of Genuine Maple Syrup Grade B or dark. Use real Syrup, not sugar.
    -1/10 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper (red pepper) or to taste ( I just add a pinch)
    8 ounce water, room temperature. Cold water may be used. Mix and drink.
    Use real lemon, not canned. Hungry again, make another 8 ounce mix and drink.

    Fruits and vegetables with a healthy amount of exercise like 30mins a day is all you need…and of course fruits and vegetables after your fast doesn’t mean and all out buffet, remember too much of anything is bad for you
