My Water Fasting Experience (One month post fast – LFRV – BEFORE & AFTER !!!!!)

One month post fast!! FOUR WEEKS LFRV!!

This is my first water fast although I have done a master cleanse and juice feasting in the past. When I break my 28 day fast I will do three days of orange juice and watermelon, four days of juicy fruits, and then following with the 80/10/10 lifestyle (FRUGIVORE – high fruit, some veggies and nuts).

I have researched this topic extensively but I am not an expert. Any and all comments, suggestions, opposing views are welcome. Please ask any questions and if I don’t know the answer I will find it. If you express opposing views please have proof/source to back it up preferably from a doctor as I have links below outlining the benefits of fasting by doctors.

    @nuwe1006 Congrats on day 2!!!!!! You are well on your way! You might be too active if your feeling nauseous. Personally I wouldn’t drink h2o w/ sea salt – you are trying to cleanse the system, that will make you retain & probably feel worse. Try resting more, lay in the sun, or just do deep breathing. Also make sure your drinking enough water!! Good luck & keep pushing through!

    Im ending 2nd day and surpisingly I dont feel that bad I have a few questions tho i read on the net u can drink water with a lil sea salt to help nausea did u have nausea if so what did you do? Im taking this really serious iam also 175 but want to start a new lifestyle and I thought this was the best way for me to go. I watch ur tapes and u give me inspiration

    @nuttymain Well thank you so much for your kind words!! Yes to attract more of the things we want we need to stay shiny & positive. I told my husband the other day that for once in my life I was truly happy – like REALLY happy. Yes there are things that could be different but that will all happen and even though I still feel like I’m shining inside & out. I feel connect, mind, body, spirit, connected to the earth and MAN does it feel good!! Negativity no longer exist.

    I’m studying the same things as you, 80/10/10 and fasting for healing.. it’s so wonderful to see you looking sooo beautifulll and healthy and having such a good outlook on life and being so openminded about these things… you are gorgeous and so motivated and your husband is a very lucky man… Your videos are very inspirational for me and finally I feel like I can fast without feeling guilty that it’s unhealthy from friends and family… :)

    @trishht I have only lost 1lb since the end but I have only “exercised” a couple times in the past month (day to day activities can be categorized as light-moderate). When you fast your body heals and will be able to process food better than before the fast – this is why some people do continue to lose weight post fast. Diet is SO VERY important. If you fast and go back to eating junk & eating too much then yes gaining weight will probably happen.

    cont…That is, you actually appear much better in your videos than you do in the still photos. In videos we can get a feel of a persons ‘energy’ or ‘way’ much more than in just a picture. So the ‘after’ pic is nice, and I would say your pretty. But in the videos when you are being natural and laughing etc you look very, very hot! :) You are an attractive woman!
    Anyway thanks for the vids again, very useful.Now ur done i prob wont write again. So I will just say I wish you much happiness!

We have three different types of banana, a mango tree, noni tree, and tangerine type tree – I’m loving the ripe mangoes right now! Definitely surprising to me that I’ve maintained the weight -even with little exercise – time to pump it up though!!

    @roseshields2010 I am trying to follow a low fat raw vegan diet in the form of 80/10/10 by Dr. Graham. I have had two slip ups but I feel settled into the diet now. I don’t necessarily use a dressing – I just blend up cherry tomatoes (liquid part) & half an avocado or hand ful of nuts (fat part)- I think it taste just as good.

    i was encuraged buy your videos and have started on redused callorie meals today at about 480 cal. per dayfor 5 days, then will go on a water fast for 40 days, if i dont get those hunger cravings in my mouth and throat like you talked about.     Thanks for taking the time to put all that info together. A mango tree in the back yard, really!? Wow… June 21st fast, ok – count me in! That is a great motivator. You before and after pics are awesome! What a transformation! AMAZING! its incredible to me that you actually weigh a bit less a month later after the fast. Must be all of that tropical fruit. I think I will read up on 80-10-10. : )
