I must confess, I’ve donne my share of fasting…, I still do, but they are mostly juice diets…, under 40 days now. I read the Miracle Of Fasting by Paul C. Bragg, that health expert from California that opened the first Health food stores in America, and a few others… Thanks for your reply, and thanks for getting the word out about fasting…, that stuff gets suppressed these days.
