The cleanse works…..I just finished it this morning and it was very succesful…..The cleanse works with 3 apples a day. no more than 3 apples a day…and you need to drink lots of water and apple juice. The apple juice is to keep your blood sugar up so you dont pass out. The apple juice also has acids that soften the galbladder.
