On Monday the 18th of May 2009, I started water fastfasting.
It will end the 27th of June.
Many days ahead.
You can notice how vegetable-like I’m becoming, and I already wasn’t the smartest celeri in the basket.
Anywho, its become harder to articulate, and furthermore, we’re at night, so I’m tired from the day’s work.

how did the fast …
how did the fast turn out? I have fasted numerous times and as I watched you throughout this video, esp. at the end, I really sympathized with how you must have been feeling. And the concept of time passing so slowly…I think it is easier to embrace that later in a fast, around day 10 and on…so many fasting vids focus on weight loss and detox, it would be cool to see one focusing more on the other aspects, esp. if you’re fasting more for those purposes.

I did it for 10 days. It was one of the best experiences of my life. It gets easier after day 5. The hard part is going back to food.
