Drinking according to thirst, as this would your bodie’s way of communicating need as would hunger. Speaking of toxin elimination, I have experienced menstrual flow with my fasts, especially dry fasting, which is interesting as I have been told I have been in menopause. Puzzling, but I would rather release toxins than store them!

You must meditate and go within during the fast.
Fasting is a time to take your attention off of your body.
That way you will just only respond to the essential signals from the body physical.

I always enjoy your videos. I remember my chemistry instructor in college said that is technically possible to die from drinking too much water. He said you would have to drink about a tremendous amount, say a liter an hour for about 16 hours to do it. Your body needs salinity to function. If the salt in your blood gets diluted too much, it will de-ionize your blood and interfere with nerve function. Just sharing an odd fact.

Do you brush your teeth while you fast? I have fasted before and did not want to brush my teeth and accidently swallow some toothpaste, but the breath gets so stinky! I am wondering if I could brush with baking soda and peroxide or just baking soda. Could that trigger hunger?
