Whether you train at the gym or at home the workout time is the same 15 to 20 minutes, but if you train at home, the time it takes to drive to the fitness studio could be spent doing something important at your home. I highly recommend getting a basic setup at home for ease of use and to help you to continue your regular schedule with your weight loss. Working out at home is my routine and I personally recommend it as it has many advantages.
Do you know how to stop the irritating wait for the next machine or workout station, just workout at home. This is very important for getting the maximum cardiovascular benefits out of the same muscle building and fat burning workouts. If you keep your time down to 60 seconds or less you will get the maximum benefits from the exercise. If you are waiting 5 or 10 minutes at the fitness studio you muscles will have cooled down and by then you have lost the benefits of a continuous workout.
Home workouts are also very good for you in that you might be a bit intimidated by working out with weights in public at the gym. If you feel this way, don’t be upset, you’re not alone. This is especially true for some of some women, as weight training is traditionally thought of as the guy’s territory in the fitness center. Men and women both work out at the gym these days, but if you choose to work out in your home then that is your best choice.
Another excuse for skipping workouts is related to travel. This happens when people travel. You are out of town for business. You go on vacation. You decide to go and see your friends or family out of town.

What do you do if you are on a trip on one of the 2 to 3 days when the plan for the Fat Burning Furnace System has you scheduled to workout? There may be a gym in the neighborhood that you could go to. You may ask the front desk where you are staying if there is a fitness studio in the area, where it is and if they know what the charge is for one or two workout sessions.
There are actually several fat burning weight exercises you can do without the use of any equipment. Exercises like push-ups, chin-ups and sit-ups will give your muscles enough of a workout to keep them conditioned until you return home. You’re using your body-weight as the resistance, rather than the dumbbells, barbells, or machines. Toss out those usual excuses and continue your conditioning as if you were at home. Remember, if you are away from home you can still choose to have an excellent Fat Burning Furnace System workout.
