Your completely detoxed at this point and the priorities of your thought process are crisp and clear. Your words flow with out struggle. Is it not amazing that in the process of your fasting that weight loss becomes less important in your mind and spirit. It’s the conquering of your flesh that becomes so invigorating. I fasted for only 3 and a half days once when I was a teen and it had a distinct impact on my life. Thanks for the video blogs.

U r so wrong. Fasting is a mental state and depicts real self discipline. Any couch potato could sit around and eat those junk foods. Keep it up and u would wind up obese if u aren’t already or with a serious medical condition.
