How to stick to a diet while fasting?

I am going to begin fasting soon (for religious reasons, of course) and I want to continue with my diet, however my diet consists of eating small meals throughout the day. I think that my metabolism will decrease once I begin fasting, so how can I keep it consistant even while I am fasting.
F.Y.I. I can eat at around 4 in the morning and at sunset- probably around 7 or 8.
Basicly from 8p.m. to 4a.m. is when i can eat.

ramadan aint the best time to diet but religion comes first so fast and when u eat " alfetr" around 7pm or 8pm don’t eat anything heavy may be just " shorba" with a couple "sambusa" and at 4pm drink tea and eat "meklil"

    Drink water though out the day it will help keep your metab moving, and eat cottage cheese just b4 4am because this is a food that take a long time to digest and eat easily digested food before that 1/2 hour before 4am
