How One Healthy Habit can Have Far-Reaching, Positive Effects

If it seems like we’ve been on a green tea binge lately, you’re right about that healthy habit. I am so very excited about all the positive research about the benefits of green tea. The great reports keep coming out. But, you may want to do more research before you take my word for it. Because I’m no “expert” in the field, just a beauty goddess who does her research. (and yes, that is my official title) Instead, check out the peer-reviewed data available everywhere:

2001 International Journal of Cancer
Green tea can help keep many chronic diseases at bay. This study was conducted using people for analysis. You are not dealing with mice or fish and green tea. We are talking about actual people in China.

2003 International Journal of Cancer
Green tea has been found to interfere with some types of cancer and angiogenesis. These cancers can’t develop without angiogenesis happening in your blood cells. Cancer that is already in existence can actually be stopped from forming and growing with the healthy habit of green tea.

2006 Journal of American Medical Association
Green tea has also helped in the drop in carcinogenic mortality. This was a study that showed that people who drank green tea usually tended to have lower death rates from cancer. In a nutshell, green tea basically appears to help them avoid or recover from cancer better.

2009 American Journal of Epidemiology
Green tea can actually help prohibit the formation of blood and lymph node cancers. A study released from Japan indicates that by drinking 5 cups of green tea a day you can greatly reduce your chances of developing these cancers by up to 50 percent.

Just imagine, those are just four out of thousands….

As you can see, green tea is one of the healthiest habits you can have. Start drinking green tea and making it a habit if you don’t already. So you should really believe me and start a great new habit that will be better for you in the long run. You can make your own or take it as a supplement. Try it in a capsule if you don’t like the taste. This is a healthy habit you can feel good about indulging in, for it will only prolong your life and the beauty of your skin.
