The Best Intermittent Fasting Diet
I wanted to talk to you about the best intermittent fasting diet that you can do. If you’re unfamiliar with this type of eating, you basically have a designated time to eat and a designated time to fast. It seems like a pretty primitive way of eating, but it has been proven to be quite powerful. Studies have shown that people will lose weight eating like this and, more excitingly, are more more likely to live longer. I think this makes it a significant type of diet that needs to be investigated because it can be very effective for most people. I’m going to show you the best intermittent fasting diet that you can use to help aid in your weight loss journey, as well as help you live longer.
The best type I’ve seen is a simple 24 hour cycle. That means you have a 24 hour period where you can eat anything you want and as much as you want. The next 24 hour period is a fast where you can only have water. The key to making this workable isn’t aligning the 24 hour period to the actual days. That will mean your fasting periods will end in the middle of the night and you’re not going to get up just to eat. If you set the change at 6pm, that means when things change, you can still get something into your body before you go to sleep.
Even though this is the best intermittent fasting diet, people often ask me if this is natural. I think if you look at how past humans that hunted for their food ate, you’ll see a lot of parallels. Hunting is like a gamble, sometimes you’ll come back with a big feast and other times empty handed. You eat when you catch and fast when you don’t. I think it is safe to say that this is how our body was designed to eat.

Intermittent Fasting Variation Ok?
50+ male, excellent vitals, need to drop 15 lbs. I know many have heard of IF (intermittent fasting, e.g. eat-stop-eat) but I tried this diet and ended up overeating on the alternate day.
Now I am transgressing further by attempting my own IF variation, fasting 2-3 days (water, tea, coffee, and Splenda) to then eat until satiation on the day 3 or 4. I know this could directly affect cardiac muscle density because it is such a modified version of IF.
I’m considering this for a couple of weeks–maximum–to then start incorporating a slightly veg diet.
Any expert thoughts? (I’d prefer to not hear from the layperson) Thanks.
Though anyone with relevant experience should respond.
Okay I have done those types of diets before and they don’t work at all. When you finally do get that break you end up loosing control.
If you really want to lose 15 pounds…then this is what you should do. I’ve already lost 10 pounds in 23 days…and I eat everyday.
Don’t eat dinner, it’s so hard to lose those calories late at night. If you’re hungry at dinner time eat some sugar free jello with fat free whip only 15 calories, then drink a cup of hot tea…it really just kills your hunger.
For breakfast eat something light you said slight veg diet, that’s EXACTLY what i’m doing. Buy some veggie patties, they aren’t out of this world delicious, but the ones I buy are only 70 calories. I just put mustard on the patty and eat that for breakfast no bread on the patty…also try veggie dogs…they taste kind of like turkey dogs, I eat mustard with that as well.
Drink a cup of hot tea for breakfast too with a spoon full of honey…or some splenda, equal, or sweet and low. Drink a glass of water then as well.
For lunch I usually end up eating a sandwhich…I get ham, turkey, and Roast beef from the store it’s like 50-60 calories for 6 slices…the bredd is 110 calories and the cheese is about 60 calories. I eat that again with a cup of water and a tea.
excersise like crazy if you ahve the time. I excerise 1 hr and a half in the morning and then 20 minutes after work. I don’t know how much time you have…but if you can make time it is so important.
Take the following pills.
1. a diet pill
2. fish oil pills
3. B6 pills
4. Multivitains
5. Fiber Pills
I really hope that this works for you, because it’s been working great for me so far. Also make sure to drink 8-12 cups of water a day.
see you can eat everyday and still lose weight…just make sure to ALWAYS consume less then 1,000 calories a day.
