Doesn’t spring water have sodium in it? And for a water fast is it best to use distilled water (rain water) or spring water? Also, would fasting 2-3 days a week have the same detoxification benefits of a 40 day fast?

But, for Mater Cleanses, it’s Sea Salt… it’s important that there is no Iodine in the water…
