    your so inspirational and your words are helping me today…i’m at 5’2″ and two years ago i was at my heaviest 145…and then i slimmed down to 128. which is where I am now. And my goal is really 110 but it’s been soooooo hard to get there.

    and i know something’s gotta change. even though for someone people 18 pounds is not that much, for me, it would mean so much that i would be able to reach my goal. it’s more mental.

    I knew all along how food made me feel, but I cant say it´s had any effect on my eating habits. The sugarcraving in the moment is just so big I ignore the fact that I know I will feel terrible afterwards!

    for me what works …
    for me what works is to wean ever i wake up i Warm up for a while and do some sit ups it painfull but if you follow up trough it and make that sacrifice do not think of what you eat as much as getting active once you start see results you will start get motivated and than is wean it trully picks up.

    Everything you said is true. Personally, what has worked for me is not to even worry about restrictions but my focus goes into adding lots of really healthy nutritious fruits and vegetables into my diet. It’s as if my body gets the message it is getting all the nutrition it needs & cravings for junk food stop, I lose interest in bad food altogether no willpower needed! Cravings are as much physical as psychological, just make the health food tasty!
