Losing weight in a week is not an impossible task ; in fact, you can find many diet that allow you to shed a few pounds within a week, but if you’re reading this, I’m sure that you’re looking more than just a few pounds. Usually it is not recommended to lose weight in such pace, but I’m sure you have your own reasons.
