But which has more of an impact on fat burning?? Nutritionists and physiologists did research to find the answer.</p>
<p><strong>Weight Loss Studies</strong></p>
<p>There have only been a few studies to establish whether fat burning exercise or <a target="_blank" title="Fat Burning Nutrition Facts" href="http://www.fatburninganswers.com/informative-articles/fat-burning-and-eating-what-happens-in-your-body-when-you-eat-2">nutrition</a> has a bigger impact on fat burning. The professionals were interested in what results would emerge from the studies.</p>
<p>They reviewed the affect of a move from the city to the suburbs, and vice versa, on the weight of the subjects. The nutritional intake of both sets of subjects were similar. The results were expected, but fascinating.</p>
<p><strong>Findings from the studies</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>within the first year of moving from a city to the suburbs, the participants in the studies gained, on average, 15 pounds</li>
<li>within the first six to eight months of moving to a city from the suburbs, the subjects in the studies lost an average of 15 pounds</li>
</ul>
<p> The main conclusion of the studies was as follows: The subjects living in a city did more walking than the subjects living in the suburbs. Suburbanites used their cars more than city dwellers to get from place to place, while city dwellers walked more. Weight change was brought about by this.</p>
<p>The professionals agree that if you want to lose weight, exercise will be a bigger factor than nutrition. In terms of the relative impact that exercise and nutrition have on weight loss, it was said that exercise is accountable for 65% while nutrition is 35%.</p>
<p>Most experts agree that, in a perfect world, you would do a recommended fat burning exercise routine as well as addressing your nutrition, if you want to burn fat and achieve a permanent weight reduction. But we dont live in a perfect world and none of us are perfect.</p>
<p><strong>Even if you havent moved from or to a city, does the study results have meaning for you?</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://i.ytimg.com/vi/dm9qC8X_3ws/2.jpg"/>A documentary of a weight loss diet experiment for a junk food junkie with daily weigh-in.  I hated how Super Size Me was blaming McDonalds for obesity.  What the movie did to the Super Size meals was just wrong.  I attempt a diet and test to see if I can lose weight in a week through excercise.  During the week, I reduced the amount I normally eat but contintued to eat the types of foods I normally eat(junk food).  I believe I kept it under 3000 calories each day.  I binge eat after the diet for fun(7:26)to regain my energy.  Unlike vegetables, fast food is great fuel  and tastes good.  My favorite is the Burger King Whopper!</p>
<p>Background:<br />
Recently I have been lazy about exercise and gained some weight.  I decided to start a weight loss diet after being called fat for the first time in my life (possibly a joke, but I can&#8217;t tell and took it as a challenge to lose some pounds.) Keep in mind that I have been eating a lot of food over the past few days before deciding to diet.  I estimate that I had 2-3 pounds worth of food left to digest on the day I started the diet.  Also consider that I have what I call a Japanese metabolism.</p>
<p>Note: Although I believe obesity, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol are preventable by exercise, there could be other health risks you must be willing to accept to eat like me.</p>
