Water Fast Day 9 (Increased Flexibility and Blessed Water)

Day number 9!!!!!
Last night for the first time in my life I was able to get into the full lotus meditation position. It has always been my dream to do this, now I can sit comfortably on the ground. fasting is bringing youth back to my body.
I felt sad that I had to decline my mom’s offer to go out to eat, I really miss the social aspect of food, I really appreciate food for it brings people together.
Ok so with intent we can really change our water, and food for that matter. This is a great video, please try it out! water is consciousness and it holds memory!!!!
